About Nick Smallman
Hi there! I’m the CEO of Working Voices a Global Professional Skills consultancy I founded back in the late 90’s.
Over the years, I’ve developed more than 100 courses, workshops and seminars in all areas of human communication. I’ve also had the good fortune to lecture at London and Columbia Business Schools and I work with some of the world’s most successful companies such as JP Morgan, Sony Music, Warner Brothers, Google and Burberry. I also work 1:1 with several politicians in the UK and US. So far so corporate…
In 2020, I changed my focus… When the world was in lockdown, I led a team to look into why people were becoming more and more dissatisfied with life. The data was alarming and revealing in equal measure and it was clear that the trends were getting worse. It was also clear that the personal development industry was not providing the right skills to help so I decided to build a program that aligned with the research I had uncovered. Four years later I am looking forward to sharing The Sustainable Human with you.
You might want to know what it is like to attend one of my programs? Your wellbeing comes first. My style is informal, conversational and hopefully fun. I like to lead you to your own conclusions through questions, discussions and demonstration. You will be challenged – but in a good way!
Most importantly I want you to leave the experience with a profound sense of purpose, a renewed clarity and a bag full of skills that you can use to achieve your goals. Otherwise, what’s the point?
When I’m not working, I like to mentor young entrepreneurs, I’m a movie buff, sports fan, and I love cats and dogs! I live in London.
